This problem affects the following product:
- HealthShare Unified Care Record: All versions up to and included 2023.1
The HS.IHE.XDSb.Registry.Operations business operation in the Registry has a MaximumDocumentsToProcess setting that defaults to 100.
If a patient has more than the set number of documents, then an XDSbQuery request will receive a response that has the documents in the ContentStream property rather than in the Documents property. The response will also have the below error:<Errors>
<Error>
<Code>XDSbRegistry</Code>
<Description>Unable to parse due to number of results (141 results, with maximum 100)</Description>
<Severity>Error</Severity>
</Error>
<HighestError>Error</HighestError>
</Errors>
In a NotifyAndQuery Repository, the ECRQueryRequest() method in HS.Gateway.XDSb.NotifyAndQuery.Operations performs an XDSbQuery to get the documents to transform into SDA. If the response is an error, it does not log this error in the event log, and it does not process the documents.
An ad hoc patch to correct the issue is available. Please contact the Worldwide Response Center (WRC) and refer to HSIEC-7781.
