This problem affects the following product:
- HealthShare Provider Directory: 2019.1, 2020.1, 2020.2, 2021.1, 2022.1
Customers who perform regular bulk updates to HealthShare Provider Directory may experience exponential disk space growth over an extended period of time. This will require regular expansion of disk space used and disk space monitoring.
- Installing an ad hoc patch for HSPD-8439 will discontinue this rate of disk growth in the Master Record History.
- Installing an ad hoc patch for HSPD-8465 will allow customers to compress previous Master Record History storage and reclaim free disk space.
Customers currently on version 2022.2 and higher will not experience this storage issue going forward. If you upgraded from an earlier release, you may opt to install an adhoc for HSPD-8465 to compress older Master Record History storage.
If you have any questions or to request an ad hoc patch, contact the
Worldwide Response Center (WRC) and refer to HSPD-8439.
