This problem affects the following products:
- All versions of HealthShare Unified Care Record
Requirements:
- IHE XDS.b
In XDS.b MetadataUpdate, for an UpdateAvailablityStatus Association, the HealthShare document Registry requires that the targetObject be in UUID format. The IHE Repository actor should make sure they have the correct UUID for the targetObject by querying the Registry.
A "mixed" transaction in which both the UpdateAvailabilityStatus and metadata are being modified will fail without a UUID. This presents a patient safety concern, because a document that has been superseded could be presented to a clinician.
There are no product changes associated with this advisory. The recommended action is to ensure that the IHE Repository actor has the correct UUID for the targetObject by querying the Registry. Reference for this advisory is HSDD-6486.
