Building a Virtual Electronic
Health Record

In this streaming video demonstration, Ensemble is used create a Virtual Electronic Health Record (VEHR). Ensemble is used to connect a hospital system, a physicians office system, and a clinical laboratory system and create a VEHR. The connections to these different systems is achieved by utilizing several different adapters including:

• SOAP
• SQL
• HL7
