This problem affects the following products:
- HealthShare Unified Care Record: 2022.1, 2022.2
- HealthShare Health Insight: 2022.1, 2022.2
For customers using Health Insight and System Index, attempting to resend a patient into Health Insight will properly delete the patient from Health Insight but will fail to reload the patient back into Health Insight. This is due to a logic flaw in the System Index Code.
This issue is resolved in Unified Care Record 2023.1.
The correction for this defect is identified as HSDD-675, which will be included in all future product releases. It is also available via ad hoc change file (patch) or full kit distribution by contacting the Worldwide Response Center (WRC).
