Since founding InterSystems in 1978, Terry Ragon has led the company to worldwide prominence in the database, interoperability, and healthcare application markets. In 2026, Mr. Ragon announced an evolution in his role that would refocus his efforts on building the next generation of data platform.

Don Woodlock joined InterSystems in 2017 to oversee HealthShare, the company’s interoperability platform. In 2020, he expanded his responsibilities to include TrakCare, InterSystems comprehensive healthcare information system, along with overall responsibility for the company’s global healthcare strategy and vision.

Since 1986, Paul Grabscheid has used his expertise in database and application development tools and technologies in a variety of product planning and marketing roles at InterSystems.

Scott Gnau joined InterSystems in 2019 as Vice President of Data Platforms, overseeing the development, management, and sales of the InterSystems IRIS® family of data platforms. In 2026, Gnau was promoted to Senior Vice President and, in addition to InterSystems IRIS, oversees InterSystems HealthShare. Scott also works directly with the founder on the future of InterSystems data platform offerings.

Susan Ragon joined InterSystems in 1985 after holding executive marketing positions in the consumer electronics industry.

John Paladino directs the activities of the InterSystems support, quality assurance, internal computer operations, and customer education groups.

As Vice President of Marketing, James Rose leads the global marketing and branding strategy for InterSystems. He brings more than 25 years of marketing experience to the role from his work with high-technology leaders and creative marketing agencies.

With more than two decades of sales experience at leading technology companies, Andy Zook leads the North American region for InterSystems.

Luciano Brustia leads Asia Pacific business operations for InterSystems. Since joining in 2003, Mr. Brustia has held a number of leadership roles in the company and been instrumental in building long-term relationships with customers and implementation partners in more than 15 countries on four continents.

With experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare IT industry since 1998, Amous leads the EMEA (excluding Iberia) region for InterSystems.

With more than 38 years of experience working in the ERP, Manufacturing, healthcare IT, and general computer software industries, Calvera leads part of Europe and the whole of Latin America sales region for InterSystems.
