Using SerenityGPT to Build Out an Application GenAI Middleware at InterSystems

This is a technical/functional case study of work done with a UK HealthShare customer to address the challenges of handling the thousands of identity pairs that need to be manually reviewed in HSPI Worklist. The presentation will show the details of the work that was done and explain the technique and how it can be applied to a variety of similar situations.
