InterSystems TrakCare Wins Frost & Sullivan’s 2008 Australia Healthcare IT Customer Service Leadership Award
Sydney, Australia – June 18, 2008 – InterSystems today announced that InterSystems TrakCare™, a Web-based healthcare information system developed in Australia, has been awarded the prestigious Frost & Sullivan 2008 Australia Healthcare IT Customer Service Leadership Award.
The Frost & Sullivan Award for Australia Healthcare IT Customer Service Leadership is conferred to a company that has demonstrated excellence in customer service leadership within its industry. According to Frost & Sullivan, InterSystems TrakCare has shown responsiveness to customer needs and has continually focused on long – and short-term customer profitability goals. In addition, TrakCare has demonstrated flexibility in tailoring its product offerings.
