InterSystems Caché Joins Red Hat Developer Partner Program
CAMBRIDGE, MA – October 11, 1999 – InterSystems Corporation today announced that Caché post-relational database software is now available off-the-shelf with Red Hat Linux. Caché for Linux is included on the application CD shipping with the newly available Red Hat Linux version 6.1.

(IDC), based in Framingham, MA, Linux commercial shipments will grow faster than the total shipments of all other client or server operating systems through 2003. IDC research also states that Linux was the fastest-growing server operating environment in 1998, growing more than 212 percent in that year alone and capturing more than 17 percent of all server operating system shipments.
