Lawrence Bradley joined InterSystems in 2009 and currently serves as Vice President and General Counsel. In this role, he oversees the global legal affairs of the organization, providing strategic guidance on corporate governance, commercial transactions, and risk mitigation to support the company’s continued worldwide growth.
Larry brings more than four decades of legal expertise to the executive leadership team. Before joining InterSystems, he spent 24 years as a transactional attorney in the Boston office of a national law firm. His practice focused on advising technology companies. InterSystems was one of his longstanding clients.
Larry earned his Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School and holds a bachelor's degree from Colby College.
