Determining Your Product Version (Caché and Ensemble)
For Caché and Ensemble, to display the product version information, do either of the following:
- Click the About box in the Management Portal
- In the Terminal, enter: write $zversion
In either case, you’ll see this:
Caché for platform-details version-number (build-identifier) date-and-time
Note that this version information always refers to Caché, even within an Ensemble instance.
Determining Your Product Version (HealthShare)
Before 2015, HealthShare version identifiers were the same as Caché and Ensemble version identifiers. Now HealthShare version identifiers indicate the version of the HealthShare technology and the version of the underlying core technology (which is Ensemble). For example: HealthShare 15.01 on 2016.2 is version 15.01 of HealthShare core technology built on Ensemble 2016.2. Similarly, HealthShare version 15.01 on 2016.1.3 is HealthShare core technology built on Ensemble 2016.1.3.
The full version identifier for a HealthShare kit identifies the versions for all the HealthShare products in the kit. For example:
Cache for Windows (x86-64) 2016.1.2 (Build 206U) Mon Jul 25 2016 16:42:32 EDT [HealthShare Modules:Core:15.03.6501 + Linkage Engine:15.02.6501 + Patient Index:15.02.6501 + Clinical Viewer:15.03.6501 + Active Analytics:15.03.6501]
To obtain the full HealthShare version identifier, do either of the following
- Click the About box in the Management Portal. (Note that in older HealthShare versions, you must be in a HealthShare namespace.)
- In the Terminal, enter: write ##class(%ZHSLIB.HealthShareMgr).VersionInfo()
