Spectrum Health Launches Breakthrough Mobile Access to Patient Portal
Focused on fast and easy information delivery to health care consumers, Spectrum Health has launched a smartphone application that accesses personal health information on its MySpectrum™ website. InterSystems Ensemble gathers and aggregates patient data across the Spectrum Health system for the patient portal. With the smartphone application:
- Engagement between physicians and patients is dramatically improved
- Mobile health care consumers can perform a wide range of functions such as viewing lab test results and appointment, finding a physician and checking out wait times at Spectrum Health urgent care centers
- Patients have a seamless clinical experience from any location
Ensemble also provides a dashboard and control mechanism for the portal’s HL7 integrations, ensuring optimal support as Spectrum Health continues on its health care transformation journey.
