Jochen Scharafin ist seit 2019 als Sales Executive für die DACH-Region bei InterSystems tätig. Er verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb komplexer Lösungskonzepte für das Gesundheitswesen. Seine Karriere begann er 1999 als Sales-Representative bei GE Healthcare, spezialisierte sich dann auf den Emerging Market und PointOfCare-Diagnostic und gilt als Wegbereiter portabler Ultraschall-Applikationen in Deutschland durch seine Positionen als Market- und Businessdeveloper bei den Unternehmen Sonosite und Mindray. 2016 verantwortete er als Sales-Manager DACH die Vertriebsleitung der Sun Nuclear GmbH, dem Weltmarktführer für Riskmanagement-Software in der Radioonkologie. Bei InterSystems hat er einen besonderen Fokus auf die Schweizer eHealth-Initiativen. Er organisiert die Zusammenarbeit von InterSystems mit der Hirslanden Gruppe, den EPD-Providern Abilis und Emedo und dem CHUV. In Deutschland verantwortet er die Kooperationen u.a. mit der Sana Kliniken AG, den Universitätskliniken in Hamburg-Eppendorf und Ulm und den InterSystems-Technologiepartnern CGM LAB International und Mesalvo.
