Caché Technology Partner Program

Program Description

The primary purpose of the Caché Technology Partners Program is to provide a way of making current and prospective Caché users aware of complementary products.

The Program includes:

• Web Page – InterSystems and the Partner will jointly develop a Web page for each Partner product on the InterSystems Web site. Typically, these pages will include links back to the partner’s Web site for additional information. InterSystems will “spotlight” newsworthy partner pages, such as when a partner joins the program or when a partner’s product is significantly enhanced. We would expect each Partner to include comparable information about InterSystems and Caché on the Partner’s Web site.
• Download – For Partners that offer evaluation versions of their products, InterSystems will provide download services from InterSystems’ Web site. Registration information collected as part of the download will be shared with the Partner (subject to privacy restrictions.)
• Publicity – InterSystems and the Partner will issue a joint press release announcing the Partner’s participation in the program.
• Internal Education – InterSystems will distribute partner-provided information to its sales, support, and other staff, to educate them about the partner’s products.

Program Requirements

Each participant in the Caché Technology Partners Program must be approved by InterSystems. Although InterSystems will review each partner and product on their own merits, in general a company and product must meet the following criteria:

• The product must offer capabilities that complement the capabilities of Caché.
• The product must be released and be in use successfully at a minimum of five client sites. Although InterSystems will continue to work with technology partners as they build their products and bring them to market, formal inclusion in the Caché Technology Partners Program is limited to products that have demonstrated marketplace success.
• The Partner must offer support for its products. InterSystems will not support Partner products.
• For downloads from InterSystems’ Web site, the product must have a straightforward install and must include sufficient self-training capabilities that a typical user can successfully get started using the product.
