IBRo Bildungsinstitut
The “IBRo Bildungsinstitut” is a business unit of the “IBRo Funk und Marketing GmbH”, which was founded in 1990. The “Bildungsinstitut” is a “state institution of professional training” that provides vocational preparation, education, reeducation and advanced training. 36 instructors and social pedagogues support the education in the field of IT (Computer Scientist specialised in Application Development or System integration).
Databases play an important role regarding the development and providing of application systems. Therefore, Caché will be used in the lecture “Object-oriented databases” in order to give the students an overview of the use and concepts of Caché and of object orientation in general. They will get to know how to build Caché-enabled applications for the internet and intranet as well as how to handle HTML and CSP-Script and SQL and Caché. The achieved knowledge will be checked in exercises and in a final test.
