Software Licenses

InterSystems offers three types of licenses to members of the Caché Campus program.

Academic License

The Academic license is the most commonly chosen license for a university when they first join the program. Free Caché licenses and standard technical support are provided to the school to be used by faculty and students for teaching and research pertaining to application development methodology and object-oriented design.

University License

Choose the University License if you plan to use Caché to support the operational activities of your educational institution, in addition to the academic activities of teaching and research. University licenses and standard technical support are provided to Caché Campus members at 75% off our standard price list.

Campus License

The uses for the Campus license are the same as the University Licenses. This is a Named User Enterprise (Multi-server) license. It may be used by all faculty, students and administrative personnel in all departments, divisions, or campuses of the educational institution.

Campus licenses and standard technical support are provided to Caché Campus members at 90% off our standard price list.
