Patrick W. Jamieson

Patrick W. Jamieson, M.D. is the product manager for InterSystems IRIS for Health. Early in his career, he practiced Neurology at the University of Pittsburgh, while doing informatics research in medical expert systems. He went on to be the product manager for real-time decision support at Cerner Corporation. Afterwards, he founded a natural language processing (NLP) company to analyze radiology reports using novel methods, and was awarded six patents. He has worked at several startup companies focused on predictive analytics, and genomics. His main interests are artificial intelligence and medicine, natural language processing, and clinical decision support.
