Answers below to the most commonly asked questions.
What is your COVID policy?
In partnership with The Vox Venue, InterSystems adhere to all official government legislation, as well as any venue or location-specific regulations. The safety of our attendees and staff are our highest priority. Safety measures listed below are in accordance with government guidelines. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/living-safely-with-respiratory-infections-including-covid-19. It is important to consider your own personal situation and the risk to you, other attendees, and staff before participating.

The venue will continue to implement enhanced venue sanitisation, with all communal areas cleaned frequently alongside high contact surfaces throughout event days. To minimise contact points, contactless options have been provided; visitors can pre-pay parking online, use cashless options for payment at all food and drink outlets or pre-order food via an app. The venue will optimise their ventilation system to provide increased air recirculation which will provide comfortable conditions for all event spaces. All changes to COVID-19 regulations are being monitored and protocols will be adjusted in line with increased risk.

In accordance with current regulations and guidance, attendees will no longer be required to wear facial coverings. We will not require proof of vaccination; however, we encourage attendees who are not fully vaccinated or are immunocompromised to consider wearing a mask and exercise safe social interactions. InterSystems does not take responsibility for any individual electing to attend the event and reiterates the importance for individuals to take due care when considering their health and safety, particularly in terms of mitigating their exposure to COVID-19.
