Research by InterSystems found that COVID-19 made technology-specific supply chain challenges worse for 76% of these businesses.
The biggest challenges:
- 44% are experiencing a lack of flexibility in existing processes
- 40% lack accurate end-to-end visibility and reporting
- 40% have difficulty performing analytics to support the business
