Organizations are challenged by connecting systems in a myriad of ways, healthcare organizations have been thrust into the world of FHIR APIs via 21st Century Cures Act and need to respond/deliver or face penalties. This presentation will discuss the layers of technology involved in supporting APIs for internal and external systems to deliver to customers/patients/partners and how to manage that infrastructure with as much local control as possible.
