InterSystems has corrected a defect that causes incorrect ObjectScript routine compilation. This defect exists only in the recently released 2021.1.1 version of:

A FHIR Query for patients using identifiers should return all matching results if the search parameter specifies only an assigning authority and no identifier. Currently this does not work properly, per the specification.

In Unified Care Record 2020.1, a query parameter against a quantity value that does not specify a unit of measure, such as "value-quantity=13.6", returns only matching results that also have no unit of measure specified. The correct behavior would be to return all matching values regardless of the presence of a unit of measure. This can potentially result in some records not being returned in a FHIR search query.

In HealthShare Unified Care Record 2020.2, an enhanced Time Zone handling feature was introduced that includes time-zone offsets. Due to a defect in the SDA-to-FHIR transformations, the offsets are not reflected in version 2020.2 Operational Data Store (ODS) FHIR endpoints. The result of this defect can be an inaccuracy of several hours in FHIR resource timestamps due to incorrect Time Zone offsets.
