InterSystems has corrected a defect in Unified Care Record version 2020.1 and 2020.2 that could cause FHIR searches to improperly include or exclude dates from a time range.

InterSystems has corrected a defect affecting data displayed in the Clinical Viewer when layouts are migrated from versions prior to 15.03 to 15.03 and then on to 2019.1.

InterSystems has corrected a defect which could allow Cross-site scripting (XSS). A crafted payload within certain URI Parameters or HTTP POST Body can lead to arbitrary JavaScript execution in the Clinical Viewer in Health Share Information Exchange 2018.1 and Unified Care Record 2019.1.

InterSystems has corrected a defect affecting Patient Privacy wherein consent is not applied in the determination of the “best” record. As a result, unconsented demographic data associated with the best record are displayed at the MPI-level in Patient Search and FHIR requests. This may inadvertently reveal sensitive information, such as the patient's address associated with the unconsented facility.

InterSystems has identified a defect affecting Clinical Information Type (CIT) consent. In certain situations, if no consent group is specified, the CIT consent rules are ignored, and the user experiences the opposite of what was intended.

InterSystems has corrected a defect where an unsuccessful patient registration does not clear data written to the HS.Stream global in Edge Gateway namespaces. This global can grow over time, fill up storage, and potentially cause system stability issues.

In HealthShare Care Community 2021.1 and 2021.2, tasks can be assigned to users who can neither see them nor take action on them.

This issue affects HealthShare Patient Index versions 13, 14, 15.032, 2018.1, 2019.1, 2020.1 and 2020.2 and 2021.1.

On the Medications chart in the HealthShare Clinical Viewer, a medication's Start Date is drawn from the SDA field. If the SDA does not include a value, then the value is used instead to indicate the medication's Start Date. If neither of those is available, the Start Date column in the display will be blank.
