The upgrade to HealthShare version 2023.1 included an automated re-indexing step for the ODS. As part of the mirrored upgrade instructions, customers perform a failover after upgrading an instance. If the automated ODS re-indexing did not complete before the failover occurred, then the re-indexing may have been interrupted. If the ODS re-indexing was interrupted, then customers who upgraded to version 2023.1 or later from a version older than 2023.1 may not be seeing the performance benefit of the new ODS index. To make sure that ODS re-indexing has completed on their system, customers with mirrored systems who upgraded to version 2023.1 or later from an older version should run the manual step included in the most recent upgrade instructions to ensure that ODS re-indexing is complete:

Any customer who upgraded to version 2023.1 or later may safely use that procedure.
