HSHC-5268 | HealthShare® Health Connect and InterSystems IRIS® for Health versions 2025.1.1 | Functional: Medium Risk | Occurs when performing SDA3 -> FHIR transformations involving the Encounter resource. |
Issue
In HealthShare Health Connect and Intersystems IRIS for Health 2025.1.1, SDA3 → FHIR transformations for the Encounter resource may fail.
The DTL HS.FHIR.DTL.SDA3.vR4.Encounter.Encounter references the property AdmitReasonReference in HS.SDA3.Encounter. This property is missing in HealthShare Health Connect and InterSystems IRIS for Health 2025.1.1. As a result, transformations fail with an error such as:
<Ens>ErrException: <PROPERTY DOES NOT EXIST>
Transform+171^HS.FHIR.DTL.SDA3.vR4.Encounter.Encounter.1*AdmitReasonReference,HS.SDA3.Encounter
Impact
