Dimitri Fane - Head of TrakCare Strategy and Operations
As Head of TrakCare Strategy and Operations, Dimitri Fane leads the global Product, Quality, and Clinical teams for InterSystems TrakCare. He is responsible for the TrakCare product strategy and roadmap within the broader healthcare division, and ensuring alignment with global clients and industry trends. Since joining InterSystems in 1999, Dimitri has held a variety of roles including managing Technical Implementation and Support in the UK, Europe and Middle East and support management positions in InterSystems’ Worldwide Response Center.
John Paladino - Vice President, Client Services
John Paladino directs the activities of the InterSystems support, quality assurance, internal computer operations, and customer education groups. Since joining InterSystems in 1984, he has been instrumental in developing an automated support tracking system, customer training programs for all InterSystems software products, creation and implementation of service standards designed to improve responsiveness and increase customer satisfaction, and multiple domestic and international team-building initiatives.

He came to InterSystems after a three-year stint as the Manager of Systems Engineering with New England Pathology, where he was responsible for acquiring, implementing, and managing a variety of information technologies. Paladino studied Electrical Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the University of Lowell.
Kathleen Aller - Global Head of Healthcare Market Strategy
Kathleen Aller leads healthcare market strategy for InterSystems. She has many years of experience in healthcare and technology, with expertise in analytics, patient engagement, electronic health records, healthcare information sharing and quality and performance measurement.
Dr. Adjhaporn (Nana) Khunlertkit - Professional Services Director, South East Asia
Dr. Adjhaporn (Nana) Khunlertkit is Professional Services Director, South East Asia at InterSystems, a provider of innovative data solutions, including cloud-first data platforms which solve interoperability, speed, and scalability problems, and electronic medical record systems which support advanced data management in hospitals.

Before joining InterSystems, Dr. Khunlertkit was Division Director, Health Information Management, Operational Analytics and Transformation at Bumrungrad International Hospital in Thailand. Previously, she was Senior Human Factors Lead at John Hopkins Medicine in the United States, specializing in healthcare IT user-centered design and implementation, workflow and sociotechnical systems analysis. She holds a PhD in Human Factors Engineering from University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Stella Ramette - Director, Customer Relations and Sales, South East Asia
Stella Ramette is Director, Customer Relations and Sales, South East Asia for InterSystems, a creative data technology provider dedicated to helping customers solve the most critical scalability, interoperability and speed problems. Based in Singapore, Stella leads the company’s South East Asian operations, providing local resources to a growing customer base and ensuring that InterSystems is responsive to their needs.

Stella has over 20 years of experience spanning healthcare IT, diagnostics, medical imaging and medical technology. She has held positions in management, sales, marketing and product management for established multinational corporations including Philips, Atos Medical and Qualcomm as well as start-up companies. For most of her career, Stella has been based in Sweden, with roles covering the Nordic territories. Prior to relocating to Singapore in the first half of 2021, she also worked on weekends as a volunteer COVID-19 Vaccination Nurse in Malmö.

Stella studied to become a Registered Nurse, specialising in operating theatre nursing, at Malmö University. She also holds a Master of Science and Business Administration from Lund University School of Economics and Management.
Luciano Brustia - Regional Managing Director, APAC
Luciano Brustia leads Asia Pacific business operations for InterSystems. Since joining in 2003, Brustia has held a number of leadership roles in the company and been instrumental in buildinglong-term relationships with customers and implementation partners in more than 15 countries on four continents.

Prior to joining InterSystems, he worked as an implementation partner for InterSystems and as CIO for several groups of hospitals in Italy. He studied Electrical Engineering at Polytechnic University of Milan and received his Master’s degree in Information Technology Management in SDA Bocconi School of Management, 1995.
Dr Danny Wahyudi - Healthcare Application Specialist
Dr Danny Wahyudi is a Healthcare Application Specialist at InterSystems, providing expert advice and support to the growing number of Indonesian healthcare providers using the InterSystems TrakCare electronic medical record system and IRIS for Health data platform. DrWahyudi works closely with providers to understand their clinical processes and to configuresystems that meet their requirements.

After graduating in Medicine from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Dr Wahyudi joined the Prima Medika Hospital in Bali as a doctor in the emergency room and outpatient clinics. Before joining InterSystems, Dr Wahyudi was a Scientist for Sysmex Asia Pacific, a provider of clinicaldiagnostic testing and health information technology products and services.
Ma Tianying (Lucy) - InterSystems China Senior Product Specialist
Lucy joined InterSystems as a Product Specialist in 2018. She works mainly on product quality development and control, system standardized process design and excellence. Lucy responsible for setting up and overall evaluation of PAS and Billing/Finance modules. Lucy helps and supports in projects that provides to healthcare organizations with operation experiences and system enhancement suggestions, apply data mining and new technologiesto guide product design and utilization. Before joined InterSystems, Lucy worked 8 years in GE Healthcare Service Business as Senior Technical Product Manager. The projects she led or participated were mainly for company internal running purpose or for business partners, includes service operation CRM on healthcare equipment maintenances, logistic management system, supply chain ERP, commercial contract and financing management, ecommerce websites, etc.
Julian Petrescu - Sales Engineer, InterSystems
Julian Petrescu is a Sales Engineer at InterSystems, a provider of creative data technology solutions, including cloud-first data platforms which solve the most critical scalability, interoperability and speed problems, as well as the world’s most proven electronic medical record which supports advanced data management in hospitals.

Based in Singapore, Petrescu provides guidance in the use of technology solutions to meet the requirements of InterSystems customers and their industries. He first joined InterSystems in 2010, working as a Healthcare Application Integration Specialist and Solutions Architect. Before rejoining InterSystems in 2022, Petrescu was a Senior Technology Manager for IHiS in Singapore, working on API-based health integration delivery and cloud migration, and a Senior Solution Consultant and Director with Orion Health in Thailand, working with health and life sciences customers in ASEAN to support their interoperability, analytics, and data management initiatives. Petrescu has an MBA from INSEAD in Singapore. His previous experience includes roles in technology with Catholic Health Initiatives, a large integrated healthcare delivery network in the US.

Alex Zuo – Head of Implementation, AMCARE
Alex Zuo has served as AMCARE IT Center’s Head of Implementation since 2017, involved in the company’s IT strategic planning and be responsible for multiple system implementation including EMR and ERP. Prior to joining AMCARE, Alex had worked in Accenture and KPMG as Associate Director focusing on Healthcare IT and operation management consulting.

Alex earned his M.P.H. Degree in Healthcare Management from Boston University.
Everton Santos - Vice President - International | KLAS Research
Everton Santos has direct oversight of the global business affairs for KLAS, an independent healthcare IT research firm based in the United States with a mission to improve the world’s healthcare through insights, collaboration, and transparency. He is the author of several industry reports delivering insights on vendor performance and market share with the aim to assist healthcare provider organizations to make better and informed decisions in their digital transformation journey. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from Brigham Young University of Hawaii and an MBA from Utah State University.
Tullawat Pacharapha, MD., Ph.D. – Vejthani Hospital
Dr. Tullawat serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Vejthani Hospital, a distinguished private international healthcare institution in Thailand. With a profound background, he contributes as a member of the HIMSS APAC Advisory Board, imparts knowledge as a part-time faculty at College of Management Mahidol University, and stands out as a prominent speaker at healthcare management conferences. Tullawat's academic achievements include a Doctor of Medicine, Boardof Orthopedic Surgery, along with a Master of Business Administration and a Doctor of Philosophy in Management.

Thomas How – Hesper Technology
Thomas How graduated from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia, with a major in Mathematics and Computer Science. He then worked in Singapore as a developer for a Hospital Information System, where he was introduced to Open M, the predecessor of the IRIS Data Platform. In 1994, Thomas moved on to work in the field of analytics, including helping Bridges Worldwide optimize their airport-to-airport air courier service business and operations. Thomas also worked at Atlas Development in California, serving customers such as SmithKline Beecham and Inphynet Group, where he was involved in developing Data Warehouse and Executive Information Systems from 1995 to 1997. Since 1998, he has been working as the Chief Technology Officer of SpeedminerPrivate Limited, focusing on bringing analytics to healthcare and government projects.
Dr Bella Desra Andae – EMC Healthcare
Dr. Bella is a dedicated medical professional currently working as an Physician Informatics at EMC Healthcare Hospital. With a background in general medicine and a fervent interest in healthcare technology, Dr. Bella seamlessly merges these fields to drive innovative improvements in patient care and operational efficiency. Recognizing the transformative potential of electronic medical records (EMR), Dr. Bella also has taken on the role of an implementer for EMR TrakCare at EMC Healthcare Hospital. In this role, Dr. Bella has demonstrated an ability to bridge the gap between medical practice and technology and ensures efficient EMR integration, enhancing patient care and operational effectiveness.
Jessy Abdurrahman – Founder, Zi.Care
Jessy is a founder of Zi.Care Health Information System. An ecosystem whose main vision is to create inclusivity in the healthcare industry.

He graduated from University of Western Australia with Bachelor of Computer Science, and has been involved in healthcare industry for almost a decade. Jessy assisted three largest Government Hospitals in Indonesia by designing an efficient, modern and integrated Hospital Information System.During this time, he also helped Ministry of Health in building Emergency Call System 119 (SPGDT 119).

Jessy is also active as an IT Advisor for Ministry of Health and Ministry of ICT in designing Single National Health Record.
Dr Kota Torikai - Gunma University Hospital
Dr. Kota Torikai is Deputy Director, Centre for Systems Integration and Associate Professor, Research Centre for Heavy Ion Beam Medicine at Gunma University Hospital in Japan. Dr. Torikai also serves as a FHIR Research Fellow Secretary of the Japan Society for Medical Informatics Issue Study Group and is a member of the Expert Council on HL7 FHIR, a research project of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan.

Dr. Torikai’s research interests include heavy particle medical physics, accelerator science, and systems integration in medical informatics. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering for research on circular accelerators (synchrotrons) from Kyushu University and a Bachelor of Medical Physics from Gunma University.
