If an OnAfterRequest() method override for HS.FHIRServer.Storage.Json.Interactions has been configured, data posted to the FHIR Repository will not be queryable in subsequent GET requests. Customers may avoid the issue by calling ##super() at the end of their custom OnAfterRequest() code.
A permanent fix is available by requesting an ad hoc correction for IF-2800 from the Worldwide Response Center (WRC).
