This problem affects the following products:
- HealthShare Unified Care Record 2018.1, 2019.1, 2019.2, 2020.1, 2020.2, 2021.1
This issue occurs when using the Operational Data Store (ODS) with multiple SDA-FHIR extensions defined using the Extension Mapping screens in the Management Portal.
If the issue occurs, the system will enter a deadlock state and stop transforming any new FHIR resources until the HealthShare instance is restarted.
To resolve this issue, please request an adhoc patch for HSIEC-6218 from the
Worldwide Response Center (WRC).
