- Health Insight customers that ingest MessageHeader streamlets
Health Insight 2022.2 added support for ingesting MessageHeader streamlets. For Health Insight systems fed from the Feeder Gateway (using AADBQ), deletes and resends of patients with an HSAA.MessageHeader entry will result in a Foreign Key Constraint error. The delete or resend of patient data to Health Insight will fail.
The correction for this defect is identified as HSHI-9361, which is included in version Health Insight 2024.2 and in all future product releases. It is also available for older versions via ad hoc change file (patch) or full kit distribution by contacting the Worldwide Response Center (WRC).
