This issue will be experienced by users looking for care plan or encounter information, generated by Care Community, in Unified Care Record or in downstream systems such as Health Insight. Streamlets previously sent to Unified Care Record will be overwritten when a care plan is updated. This may result in a loss of historical information in those downstream systems.
Note: All information is still retained within Care Community.
Setup and installation instructions have been modified to avoid this issue for new installations.
The correction for this defect is identified as HSEUA-41, which will be included in all future product releases. It is also available for older versions via ad hoc change file (patch) or full kit distribution by contacting the Worldwide Response Center (WRC).
