InterSystems Corporate Privacy Statement

InterSystems Corporation is a global company with employees, customers, business partners, job applicants, and website visitors interacting with us online, in person, as well as through phone and email. This Privacy Statement (this “Statement”) will explain how we use your personal information regardless of what your relationship is with us and how it is received; please note, in our efforts to keep this user-friendly, depending on the context, other privacy materials may supplement this Statement. How Your Information is Collected

You directly provide InterSystems with most of the information we collect and maintain. We collect and process information when you:

  • Provide your business card to us at an exhibition or conference.
  • Email us at one of the addresses provided on our website.
  • Fill out and submit one of our online contact forms.
  • Submit a job application to us.
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
     

How Your Information is Used

Information which you give us directly is used only for the purpose(s) for which you provided unless you agree otherwise. InterSystems collects your data so that we can:

  • Administer your job application for a specific role; however, if you agree, we may use that information to consider you for other roles.
  • Process your information in the contexts and purpose of Developer Connection, only if you are a member or are a customer representative.
  • Respond to your online “Contact Us” inquiry and/or email. If you agree, InterSystems will also use your information to provide you news and/or announcements such as new product information, maintenance releases, services, and upcoming corporate events.
  • Understand which parts of our website you may have visited and how frequently.
  • Provide better usability, troubleshooting, and site maintenance.

You are in control of the information you directly provide us.
