This problem affects the following products:
- HealthShare Unified Care Record: 2023.1, 2023.1.1
- HealthShare Clinical Viewer: 2023.1, 2023.1.1
When a user selects the Override Data Restrictions button and completes the Override modal when accessing a patient record, the override is not captured in the audit logs.
This has been corrected in version 2023.2.
The correction for this defect is identified as HSCV-17699 which will be included in all future product releases. It is also available via ad hoc change file (patch) or full kit distribution by contacting the Worldwide Response Center (WRC).
