Advisory: Health Insight Data Ingestion Can Dramatically Slow When Fed by System Index

This problem affects the following product:

• HealthShare Health Insight: 2022.2 (using System Index only)

In HealthShare 2022.2, System Index was introduced as a mechanism for feeding data from Unified Care Record into Health Insight. An edge case was discovered where data ingestion speeds can slow down dramatically, taking up to 10 times longer to process.

This issue only affects customers on HealthShare 2022.2 who are using System Index to feed Health Insight. Customers who are using the AADBQ Feeder gateway are unaffected.

This issue is corrected in version 2023.1.

Customers who are on HealthShare 2022.2 and who are using System Index to feed Health Insight should contact the Worldwide Response Center (WRC) to request an ad hoc patch for HSDD-766.
