HealthShare user interfaces (UIs) have a preconfigured inactivity timeout. If there is no activity in the UI during this timeout window, the user is automatically logged out for security purposes.
Version 2025.1 includes a new Registry Menu UI. In this new UI, the automatic logout may fail due to a missing web server prefix in the request URL.
The correction for this defect is identified as HSIEO-12693, which is included in version 2025.2 and all future product releases. It is also available for version 2025.1 via ad hoc change file (patch) or full kit distribution by contacting the Worldwide Response Center (WRC).
