Requirements:
- Customers using Federated SSO and web server prefixes
A defect in the HealthShare 2024.1 release causes the user to experience the following error when trying to log out of the Management Portal or other ZEN/CSP page when Federated SSO is enabled for the Web Application:
Error processing post logout redirect
This error is only seen in environments where the web server is configured to use a URL prefix.
For example, if a web server is configured to route traffic to the Registry instance with URL prefix /Reg/ and route Clinical Viewer traffic via URL prefix/CV/, users are likely to experience this defect.
Administrators with affected systems are encouraged to disable Federated SSO for the Management Portal Web Applications to temporarily resolve the issue until a correction can be applied.
The correction for this defect is identified as DP-432291, which is included in HealthShare 2024.2 and all future product releases. It is also available for older versions via ad hoc change file (patch) or full kit distribution by contacting the Worldwide Response Center (WRC).
