Advisory: Wrong Row May Be Deleted from a Care Plan Table Response

This problem affects the following products:

  • HealthShare Care Community®: 2022.2 • 2023.1 • 2023.2 • 2024.1 • 2024.2

Requirements:

  • Care Community customers who delete rows from a long care plan table

When entering information into tables in a care plan, users can add additional rows. By default, five rows display on each page. If a user has more than five rows and deletes a row from a later page, what is actually deleted is the equivalent row on the first page. For example, for a table with nine rows of data entered, if a user deletes the ninth row, what is actually deleted is the fourth row on the first page.

The correction for this defect is identified as HSEUA-196, which will be included in all future product releases. It is also available for older versions via ad hoc change file (patch) or full kit distribution by contacting the Worldwide Response Center (WRC).
