HealthShare does not support using a multi-mode Edge Gateway that ingests both CCDA Documents and HL7v2 messages. Deploying a multi-mode Edge may result in data inconsistencies.
If you have an Edge Gateway that is multi-mode on version 2026.1 or earlier, separate the feeds for CDA and HL7 into different Edge Gateways.
