Terry Ragon

Phillip T. (Terry) Ragon
CEO, Founder, and Owner, InterSystems

Since founding InterSystems in 1978, Mr. Ragon has led the company to worldwide prominence in the database, interoperability, and healthcare application markets.

Mr. Ragon is a member of the MIT Corporation, the governing body of MIT, and was Co-Chair of the MIT Campaign. He is also on the Harvard Medical School Board of Fellows as well as on the Global Advisory Council of Harvard. He is a Trustee of the Mass General Brigham health system as well as a Trustee of the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), where he also served as Honorary Co-Chair of the MGH Campaign.

In 2008, Mr. Ragon helped create the Ragon Institute, a joint research center of MGH, MIT, and Harvard. The vision of the Ragon Institute is to “harness the immune system,” and its immediate objective is the creation of a vaccine for HIV.

Mr. Ragon is a signatory to The Giving Pledge.

Stefanus Ade Hadiwidjaja
Managing Director Investment, Danantara Indonesia

Stefanus Ade Hadiwidjaja is an investment expert with experience in private equity and Sovereign Wealth Funds. Prior to joining Danantara Indonesia, he served as the Chief Investment Officer at the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) since its inception, playing a strategic role in managing the country’s investments. Under his leadership at INA, Stefanus has been involved in investments across the Digital Infrastructure, Healthcare, and Technology sectors.

Previously, he led investments at Creador as Managing Director and Head of Indonesia and Singapore for nearly a decade. He also served as CEO of Simba Indosnack (2016–2019), one of Creador’s portfolio companies. His career also includes experience as a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and various strategic roles in the financial and industrial sectors.

Under his leadership, INA has invested more than US$4 billion over the past four years, collaborating
with leading global investors such as ADIA, ADQ, GIC, BlackRock, SRF, and the Swire Group.

As an investor, he has a strong track record in both investment and divestment in private equity. He is known for his sharp eye in identifying investment opportunities, particularly in the healthcare, consumer, and infrastructure sectors.

Luciano-Brustia

Luciano Brustia
Regional Managing Director, Asia Pacific, InterSystems

Luciano Brustia leads Asia Pacific business operations for InterSystems. Since joining in 2003, Brustia has held a number of leadership roles in the company and been instrumental in buildinglong-term relationships with customers and implementation partners in more than 15 countries on four continents.

Prior to joining InterSystems, he worked as an implementation partner for InterSystems and as CIO for several groups of hospitals in Italy. He studied Electrical Engineering at Polytechnic University of Milan and received his Master’s degree in Information Technology Management in SDA Bocconi School of Management, 1995.

 
Timothy Ferris

Timothy Ferris, MD
MPH, Healthcare Practice President, Red Cell Partners

Tim Ferris, MD, MPH is President of Healthcare at Red Cell Partners, a technology incubator and investment firm. He previously served as National Director of Transformation for the NHS in England, overseeing national strategy for technology, data, innovation, and quality improvement.

Before that, Dr. Ferris was CEO of the Mass General Physicians Organization, Harvard’s largest physician faculty group, and the founding Director of the Partners Center for Population Health, where he led one of the most successful ACOs in the U.S., delivering over $2 billion in savings and top-tier quality performance.

He has advised both federal and state governments, including as an inaugural member of the U.S. Health Secretary’s Physician Payment Advisory Committee, and has published more than 150 papers on health policy, quality, and technology. Dr. Ferris remains on staff at Massachusetts General Hospital and is an Adjunct Professor at Harvard Medical School.

Don Woodlock
Head of Global Healthcare Solutions, InterSystems

Don Woodlock joined InterSystems in 2017 to oversee HealthShare, our advanced interoperability platform. In 2020, he added the TrakCare comprehensive healthcare system to his portfolio, along with overall responsibility for the company’s healthcare vision.

Prior to joining InterSystems, Woodlock was the vice president and general manager for the Enterprise Imaging division of GE Healthcare. He brings nearly 30 years’ experience in the healthcare IT industry, beginning his career at IDX Systems Corporation before spending more than 15 years at GE. His tenure at GE included overseeing several divisions of GE Healthcare along with the integration of acquired companies and technologies.

Woodlock holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dr. Noel Yeo
Chief Commercial & Operations Officer, Bali International Hospital

Dr. Noel Yeo is a distinguished healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience driving transformation across hospitals and health systems in Southeast Asia. Beginning his career as a physician, he transitioned from the bedside to the boardroom, where he has consistently shaped innovative, patient-centered models of care.

He formerly served as Chief Operating Officer of IHH Healthcare Singapore and Chief Executive Officer of Mount Elizabeth Hospital. In these roles, he oversaw four JCI-accredited hospitals, 55 clinics, and more than 5,000 staff. His leadership was pivotal during the COVID-19 pandemic and in spearheading large-scale initiatives, including a SGD 350 million hospital redevelopment and the rollout of a country-wide digital transformation strategy.

Currently, as Chief Commercial & Operations Officer of Bali International Hospital, Indonesia’s first international-standard hospital within a Special Economic Zone, Dr. Yeo is leading the establishment of world-class healthcare services that integrate global partnerships, cross-border innovation, and sustainable growth.

Passionate about developing people as much as systems, he also teaches, mentors, and contributes to non-profit organizations. Dr. Yeo’s journey from clinician to regional leader reflects his vision of healthcare that is more connected, human, and future-ready in ensuring lasting impact for communities across the region.

Dalvin Loh is the Vice President for HIMSS in Asia Pacific, where he leads strategic initiatives to support digital health advancement across healthcare systems in the region. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Dalvin focuses on helping governments and health providers build structured, sustainable digital strategies through leveraging of globally recognized frameworks.

Before joining HIMSS, Dalvin held leadership roles in various healthcare IT companies, where he worked closely with C-suite leaders to implement clinical decision support tools—helping to reduce medical errors and improve patient outcomes.

In his current role, Dalvin partners with some of Asia Pacific’s most progressive healthcare organizations to strengthen digital maturity, enhance interoperability, and support national health transformation agendas. He is a passionate advocate for purposeful, evidence-based transformation and believes in the power of data and strategy to drive meaningful change in healthcare delivery.

Dimitri Fane is the Director of Product Management, responsible for leading Product Management and Quality Development for TrakCare. He works closely with global clients and InterSystems teams to ensure that the product vision is realised in high quality, timely releases. Since joining InterSystems in 1999, Dimitri has held various roles including managing Technical Implementation and Support in the UK, Europe and Middle East and support management positions in InterSystems Worldwide Response Center.

Dr. Adjhaporn (Nana) Khunlertkit is Professional Services Director, South East Asia, Australia and NewZealand for InterSystems. Before joining InterSystems, Dr. Khunlertkit was Division Director, Health Information Management, Operational Analytics and Transformation at Bumrungrad International Hospital in Thailand. Previously, she was Senior Human Factors Lead at John Hopkins Medicine in the United States, specializing in healthcare IT user-centered design and implementation, workflow and sociotechnical systems analysis. She holds a PhD in Human Factors Engineering from University of Wisconsin–Madison

Dr Alwi Yunus is a Senior Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon with the National Heart Institute (Institut Jantung Negara, IJN) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. His primary clinical interests lie in Adult Cardiac Surgery, where he brings extensive expertise in managing complex cardiac cases and performing advanced surgical procedures.

Beyond the operating room, Dr. Alwi is a passionate advocate for the transformative potential of digital technologies in healthcare. He serves a dual role as the Clinical Director of Healthcare Informatics at IJN, where he plays a pivotal role in driving the Institute’s digital transformation agenda, bridging the gap between clinical excellence and cutting-edge health technology.

His special interest lies in the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly in the development of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) solutions within the healthcare setting. Dr. Alwi is actively engaged in advancing AI-driven tools to support clinical decision-making, enhance patient safety, and enable precision medicine.

Through his leadership in both clinical practice and digital innovation, Dr. Alwi was instrumental in leading IJN to achieve Stage 6 of the HIMSS Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model (EMRAM), a significant milestone in the institute’s digital journey. He continues to drive IJN’s vision of becoming a leading digital heart institute in the region.

 
Natthinee asia summit 2025

Dr. Natthinee Mattanapojanat, M.D.
Cardiologist, BNH Hospital (Thailand)

Dr. Natthinee Mattanapojanat is a cardiologist at BNH Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand, with a clinical focus on preventive cardiology. She has been practicing for over three years with a strong interest in promoting long-term heart health through early risk assessment and lifestyle-based prevention.

Since late 2023, Dr. Natthinee has played a key role in the implementation of InterSystems TrakCare at BNH Hospital. Following the system’s go-live in early 2024, she has served as a medical liaison between clinical users and the implementation team—helping ensure that TrakCare integrates seamlessly with local workflows while preserving the integrity of its original design.

Her work centers on listening to clinicians’ feedback and guiding user-focused refinements. This requires not only technical insight but also empathy and close attention to the day-to-day challenges faced by frontline providers.

Dr. Natthinee believes that future-ready healthcare systems are essential tools to empower clinicians. Well-designed digital health platforms must support continuous improvement while prioritizing both safety and usability to enable smooth and effective clinical workflows. She continues to advocate for solutions that combine technical soundness with real-world practicality—meaningfully supporting the delivery of high-quality care.

Henrik Andersson is the Chief Innovation & Technology Officer at Bumrungrad International Hospital, a global leader in healthcare innovation for over 45 years. With a passion for transforming healthcare delivery, Henrik leads Bumrungrad’s digital strategy—driving advancements such as AI-powered diagnostics, robotic-assisted surgery, and seamless digital patient experiences that have positioned the hospital at the forefront of smart healthcare in Asia.

Bumrungrad has been partnering with InterSystems for digital innovation and comprehensive implementation of its’ solution suite since 2017. Steve Van Wagenen
Regional Director- Asia/Oceania, KLAS Research

Steve Van Wagenen is KLAS’ Regional Director for Asia / Oceania.He is focused on learning from, and collaborating with, healthcare executives to provide insights that help providers make informed healthcare IT decisions. He also works to help vendors/suppliers improve the delivery of their solutions and services to better meet the needs of healthcare providers.

In 2025 Steve has co-authored four reports - India EMR, Global Shared Care Records, Asia / Oceania EHR, and Asia / Oceania PACS.He is currently engaged in KLAS reporting on ambient speech/AI scribes, cybersecurity, and enterprise imaging.

A favorite part of Steve’s job is the time he gets to spend in virtual meetings with healthcare providers around the world to confidentially hear about their experience and go-forward priorities. He enjoys the opportunity to share back insights to help the providers gain needed industry insight.

Gokhan Uluderya
Head of Product Management, InterSystems

Gokhan Uluderya joined InterSystems in 2024 as the Head of Product for Data Platforms. He brings more than 20 years of experience in engineering and product management including executive leadership roles at Salesforce and Microsoft. Gokhan joined InterSystems from Salesforce where he was the GM and VP of Product for Salesforce Personalization and VP of Product in Commerce Cloud prior to that.

Before Salesforce, he spent close to 15 years at Microsoft spearheading cloud transformations as part of Dynamics, Office365, and Azure Machine Learning organizations. He also worked at Verizon Communications in Software/Systems Architect and Enterprise Architect roles. Gokhan holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from UT, Austin, and dual Bachelor Degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Under his leadership, ICS Compute has become a trusted partner for enterprises modernizing their data platforms, optimizing operations, and enhancing decision-making through robust, integrated systems.

Martyn Lee

Martyn Lee
Sales Engineer, Southeast Asia, InterSystems

Martyn is a Sales Engineer at InterSystems, supporting healthcare and supply chain clients across Southeast Asia. He works closely with technical and business teams to explore data platforms, interoperability solutions, and real-world use cases for digital transformation.

Before joining InterSystems, Martyn was a QA Engineer at SeaMoney, where he collaborated across product and engineering teams to enhance the reliability and security of financial services. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Keen on bridging the gap between systems and people, Martyn brings curiosity, structure, and a collaborative spirit to every engagement.

Dr. Kota Torikai
Associate Professor, Gunma University Hospital / National Defense Medical College

Dr. Kota Torikai is an Associate Professor specializing in Medical Informatics and Medical Physics. He plays a central role in overseeing the design and implementation of hospital information systems at Gunma University Hospital and the National Defense Medical College, where he provides strategic leadership in digital transformation and healthcare IT infrastructure development. With a robust background in clinical systems architecture, cybersecurity, and medical data interoperability, he has led several large-scale initiatives to enhance the resilience, efficiency, and interconnectivity of Japan’s healthcare systems.

Dr. Torikai’s expertise bridges the domains of clinical medicine and advanced informatics, with a focus on system security, FHIR-based data standardization, and disaster-resilient IT infrastructure (IT-BCP). He has contributed to the development of national frameworks promoting the establishment of CIO and CISO roles in hospitals and has been actively engaged in policy-making projects supported by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan.

In addition to his academic and governmental advisory roles, Dr. Torikai conducts interdisciplinary research in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity frameworks such as the NIST CSF, and healthcare data science. His work has been recognized with multiple awards for innovation in medical technology and leadership in the advancement of secure hospital IT systems.

Qi Li, M.D., M.B.A., is a successful healthcare innovator with extensive experience in product inception, research, and global business development.  Dr. Li holds the position of physician executive at InterSystems leading innovation initiatives in the areas of life science, clinical research, precision medicine, and AI. Dr. Li has held various product leadership roles at Harris Healthcare, Partners Healthcare, and several startup companies in healthcare IT. Previously, as the key person driving the Harris Healthcare global product strategy and sales effort, Dr. Li led the product development and market entry efforts in UK and China. At Partners HealthCare in Boston, Dr. Li led the internal development of the Longitudinal Medical Record (LMR) adopted enterprise-wide by 7,000-plus physician users at all primary care and specialty clinics. Dr. Li earned his combined M.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston and a bachelor’s degree from University of Southern Maine.

Regional Sales Engineer Manager, Southeast Asia and China, InterSystems

Qiao Peng serves as the Regional Sales Engineer Manager for Southeast Asia (SEA) & China at InterSystems. Having joined the company in 2004, he has since ascended through various roles, including Pre-sales Engineer, Technical Manager, and ultimately Technical Director. He's highly skilled with InterSystems' key products like Caché, Ensemble, HealthShare, and InterSystems IRIS. With 20 years of industry experience and deep expertise in databases, interoperability platforms, and healthcare IT solutions, he's led IT projects for over a hundred hospitals and regional platforms. Qiao Peng also has ample knowledge and practical experience in data utilization, including CDR, clinical decision support, business intelligence, and machine learning.
