Summer Schools 2019 brought together over 500 digital health leaders for two days of amazing networking, education, collaboration and inspirational speakers, generating huge energy and great networking.
The event saw the launch of the Shuri Network for BAME women in health tech and a dedicated Future Digital Leaders conference and the Digital Health Awards.
International speakers included Professor John Halamka, CIO Beth Israel Deaconess; Dr Margunn Aanestaad, University of Oslo, and Nick Adkins, co-founder of the Pink Socks Movement.
UK keynotes included Matthew Gould, CIO NHSx; Tom Riordan, CEO Leeds City Council; Tara Donnelly, chief digital officer NHSx; Rob Webster, CEO West Yorkshire ICS.
