InterSystems endeavors to protect our customers at all stages of support and deploys a secure standard for remote service and support—SecureLink. Our philosophy has always been: “The Customer Sets The Standard”, and SecureLink is part of that commitment to outstanding service. Getting started is as easy as downloading the SecureLink Component.
SecureLink Remote Access Installation
Why SecureLink?
SecureLink is easy to use
Using SecureLink requires only the one-time download of a small (~10mb) component on one server only. From there, initiating a SecureLink session requires only a web browser. If “Anytime” access has been enabled, SecureLink requires no action at all.

SecureLink is more secure
SecureLink is the most secure remote access tool currently available. SecureLink gives you total control over vendor remote connectivity. You choose who has connectivity privileges, when they can connect, and what hosts and services they have access to upon connection. Best of all, SecureLink requires no monitoring of outside VPN accounts or modification of the firewall. A detailed audit trail of all activity is provided after every session. It’s part of our commitment to putting the customer in control.

SecureLink is more flexible
SecureLink allows powerful connectivity to server-based software. It allows us very powerful levels of access, such as querying a back-end database or viewing log files real time, while still enabling very basic tools, such as file transfer and desktop sharing. No matter what the issue, the customer is always in control of what access privileges are granted. The result is a tool that gives us all the access we need to support our customers, with greater security, allowing InterSystems to provide a better level of service and resolve issues in less time.
