The TrakCare Engage program leverages our experience to help you build the right team to develop and execute a sustained internal communications program, from project kickoff through go-live and beyond. Engage’s proven communications tools, tips, plans, and templates, combined with your own change-management initiatives, will give your users the motivation and skills to successfully adopt your new software.

During the Discovery stage within ARIES, we will conduct site assessments with your marketing communications and change-management leads to understand your existing communications plans, support infrastructure, and processes. This step helps us identify the available resources, any gaps or risks that might impact the implementation’s success, and the scope of your communications initiative.
Determine the Right Team
Having the right people involved from the beginning will ensure that you develop and execute a successful communications plan. We will help you identify the required roles, including clinical champions who can communicate the benefits of implementing the new system to staff.
Develop the Plan
During the launch phase within ARIES, input from key stakeholders responsible for executing the communications plan is vital. Our marketing and change-management leads will work with you to flesh out your plan and embed it into your overall change-management strategy. We bring the experiences of other customers, as well as standard content and creative marketing assets, to the process. We can help you work through your objectives and corresponding deliverables, target deadlines, roles and responsibilities, and campaign budgets.
We will also work with your project team to develop messaging around the benefits your organization and stakeholders will achieve by implementing TrakCare. Identifying and tracking measurable benefits will form a powerful backbone for your communications program.
The communications plan will underpin the project’s change management program and help drive awareness of important milestones such as solution validation and training.
While you ultimately own the execution of the plan, we will work closely with you to ensure that communications activities occur seamlessly and that end user are exposed to the project as early as possible.
