Your organization has been approved to participate in the InterSystems Global Summit 2017 Partner Pavilion. You must complete the form below to confirm your spot in the Partner Pavilion.

Pavilion Participants Entitlements

Materials
Each participant will be provided a 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs, standard electric drop (10 amp), a sign (8 ½” x 11”) with their company name, and access to the conference wireless internet. If you require any audio/visual equipment (i.e., monitor, etc.), please fill out the hotel AV equipment order form.

Partner Pavilion Guide
All participants must submit a company listing to appear in the Global Summit 2017 Conference Guide and in the Partner Pavilion section of our Global Summit 2017 website.  The brochure will be placed in the Global Summit 2017 conference registration bags given to all attendees.

Conference Bag Insertions
We are pleased to offer the opportunity to insert one of your brochures into the InterSystems Global Summit 2017 conference bag. A sample of all materials must be supplied to InterSystems for final approval. InterSystems has sole discretion on all materials. Once approval is given, detailed instructions on the quantity and shipping instructions will be supplied.

Pavilion Location
The Partner Pavilion will be located in the conference center at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Spa in Palm Desert, CA.

Pavilion Hours
Setup:  Sunday, September 10, 2017 from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
Conference Hours: The Partner Pavilion will be open during conference hours from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The peak times are during the morning and afternoon break times.
Dismantle:  Wednesday, September 13, 2017 starting at 12:00 PM.

Shipping Address
Please label the outside of the materials with the name of your company. Materials must arrive no later than Friday, September 8, 2017. Please note all shipments are charged $0.70 per pound with a minimum of $5. All shipping fees are to be paid by shipper, not InterSystems.
