Healthcare Leadership Conference Logistics
The Healthcare Leadership Conference at InterSystems Global Summit 2012 will be held at the Peabody Orlando in Orlando, Florida, from March 18th through March 21st.
Conference Sign-in and Welcome Reception
Sign-in for registered attendees will start at 12:00 PM on Sunday, March 18th. Then please join us at 6:00 PM to kick off InterSystems Global Summit 2012 at our welcome reception.
Healthcare Leadership Conference Networking Dinner
On Monday evening, attendees of the Healthcare Leadership Conference are invited to a private dinner at a local restaurant. We will need an accurate headcount so, when you register for the conference, please indicate if you plan to attend the dinner.
Tuesday Evening Social Event
On Tuesday evening, Global Summit attendees and their guests (who have paid the $99 guest registration fee) will have the opportunity to relax and mingle at a social event. Details about the party, which will be held on the evening of Tuesday, March 20th, are a closely guarded secret, but we guarantee that everyone will have a great time!
Dress Code
Business casual dress style will be appropriate for conference sessions and social activities. Daytime high temperatures in Orlando at the end of March average approximately 80 degrees Fahrenheit (about 27 degrees Celsius), with average lows of approximately 58 degrees Fahrenheit (about 14 degrees Celsius).
Letter of Invitation for Visa Applications
If you need a Letter of Invitation for your visa application, you can email the Global Summit event coordinator to request your letter at summit2012@intersystems.com. We will only issue a Letter of Invitation to paid attendees. InterSystems must be in receipt of full payment (via credit card or a cleared check) for your registration fee before we can issue a Letter of Invitation. You will need to include your Booking Reference ID in the email (your booking reference ID is included in your registration confirmation email).
InterSystems Corporation can only provide a Letter of Invitation and proof of conference registration, we are not able to apply for a visa on your behalf or issue a Letter of Invitation for guests.
