In this session, our Director of Learning Services, Jim Breen, will share the methods and tools we use to foster a culture of learning within InterSystems. Handouts will give examples of how to assess your training needs, and set up programs both for new hires and experienced hands. 

Executive Connect: Delivering Success for Application Partners
