Executive Leadership Conference
Executive Leadership Conference Fees
InterSystems Global Summit 2012 will be held at the Peabody Orlando in Orlando, Florida, from March 18th through March 21st. Register for the Executive Leadership Conference.
The Executive Leadership Conference starts on Sunday, March 18th, and runs through Tuesday, March 20th. You are also welcome to attend any of the sessions and activities that are part of the Developer Conference at InterSystems Global Summit 2012.
Registration & Fees
Executive Leadership Conference Registration: $1400
($1100 if you register before March 1, 2012)
Includes admission to all sessions, classes, social activities, the Sunday welcome reception, breakfasts and lunches on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and dinner at the social event on Tuesday evening. (Note: tuition for the Learning Services courses is not included in this fee.)
Your registration fee also entitles you to participate in any sessions and activities that are part of the Developer Conference at InterSystems Global Summit 2012.
Guest Registration: $99 (free for children under five)
Allows entry into all food events: the welcome reception on Sunday, breakfasts and lunches on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and the social event on Tuesday evening.
InterSystems Academy
The InterSystems Academy (providing hands-on training) is part of the Developer Conference, but is open to Executive Leadership Conference attendees. Details about the Academy sessions may be found in the Developer Conference section of the Global Summit Website.
Academy sessions will be given on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday afternoons, and Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Please pre-register for the sessions you wish to attend when you register for the Executive Leadership Conference. Space in the academy sessions is limited, so please register early.
Learning Services Courses: Tuition varies
"Introduction to InterSystems' Object Technology" and "Introduction to InterSystems Ensemble" will be given on the afternoon of Sunday, March 18th. The one-day courses "Caché Systems Performance Management" and "Ensemble XML Virtual Documents and Web Services" and will be given on Thursday, March 22nd. The two-day courses "InterSystems' Java Technology", "DeepSee Fundamentals", and "Ensemble Productions with HL7" will be held on Thursday and Friday, March 22nd and 23rd. All courses are held at the Peabody Orlando. You must be registered for one of the conferences at the Global Summit in order to attend any of these courses.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by March 5, 2012. All cancellation requests will be subject to a $50 service charge. Cancellation requests received after March 5, 2012, and no-shows, will be ineligible for refunds. Refunds will not be processed until 30 days after the conference.
Substitution Policy
Substitution of attendees from the same company will be allowed until conference sign-in (picking up your name badge). No substitutions will be allowed after you pick up your name badge. Substitutions must be submitted in writing. Substitution/transfer forms are available by calling +1.617.621.0600. Ask for the Global Summit coordinator.
