The annual KLAS survey represents the opinions of healthcare executives, managers, and clinicians from hospitals and clinics throughout the United States. Users of healthcare IT products complete a comprehensive questionnaire, and then KLAS conducts in-depth interviews to gain additional insight into product strengths, weaknesses, and future expectations.
