DEVCON2010 will be held at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida, from March 21st through March 24th.
Registration & Fees
Conference Registration: $1275 ($975 if you register before March 1, 2010)
Includes admission to all sessions, classes, social activities, breakfasts and lunches for all three days of the conference, and dinner at the social event on Tuesday evening.
Note: Tuition for the post-DEVCON courses is not included in this fee.
Guest Registration: $99
Allows entry into all food events: the welcoming reception on Sunday, breakfasts and lunches for all three days of the conference, and the social event on Tuesday evening.
Pre- and Post-DEVCON Courses: tuition varies
“Introduction to InterSystems’ Object Technology” will be given on the afternoon of Sunday, March 21st. The one-day course “Caché Systems Performance Management” will be given on Thursday, March 25th. The two-day courses “Introduction to System Management”, “Managing Ensemble Productions”, and “Ensemble Productions with HL7” will be held on Thursday and Friday, March 25th and 26th. All courses are held at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. You must be registered for DEVCON in order to attend any of these courses.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by March 8, 2010. All cancellation requests will be subject to a $50 service charge. Cancellation requests received after March 8, 2010, and no-shows will be ineligible for refunds. Refunds will not be processed until 30 days after the conference.
Substitution Policy
Substitution of attendees from the same company will be allowed until conference sign-in (picking up your name badge). No substitutions will be allowed after you pick up your name badge. Substitutions must be submitted in writing. Substitution/transfer forms are available by calling 1.617.621.0600. Ask for the DEVCON coordinator.
