Hotel deadline extended
The deadline for reserving a room at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek at the special conference rate has been extended through March 10, 2010. For more information, and to access the Hilton's online reservation system click here, or on "Hotel Information" in the sidebar on the left.
Transportation and discounted tickets to Disney theme parks
Planning on going to some of the local attractions or theme parks? The Hilton has a complimentary shuttle to and from the four major Disney theme park(other attractions at an additional cost). Check out the the Resort Activity Guide (.pdf) for more information.

We’ve added the following Academy session to the DEVCON schedule:
Expanding VistA with InterSystems’ Technology
Note: Priority registration in this academy session will be given to attendees from the United States Federal GovernmentTechnical level: Intermediate
VistA is the heart of the United States Veterans Health Administration’s healthcare information infrastructure. This academy session will explore how InterSystems’ software technologies can be used to evolve VistA’s architecture to include embedded business intelligence and data orchestration as well as support for the development of new types of applications and user interfaces. Exercises throughout the 3-hour session will provide plenty of hands-on experience in creating new functionality with VistA.
Prerequisite: Familiarity with Caché.
